What we keep from your requests
Text and audio for your plan's history days, or nothing at all with logging off.

With logging on, the default, a request's text and audio are kept for your plan's history days, so you can find them in History, and then deleted. Owners and admins can delete any item sooner.
Keeping nothing
Send enable_logging: false with a request, or make a key with no logging, and we keep no text or audio at all: only what the request cost, a fingerprint of the text (which can't be turned back into it), and how long it took. This works on every plan.
What we never do
- Train our models on your text or audio.
- Put your text in our logs: they carry request IDs, not words.
- Answer one workspace from another's audio.
